Ingredients
  • 1 lbs minced meat
  • 2 cups penne pasta (or any kind)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 small onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

    Start by heating olive oil in a pan, then add the meat and cook until it begins to brown. Add the onions and mix well until they soften. Stir in the spices and tomato paste, and if needed, add a little pasta water to loosen the sauce.

    While the meat is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until tender.

    Add the cherry tomatoes to the meat, followed by the cream, and mix everything together until the sauce becomes smooth and rich. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
