Strawberry Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 1 lbs strawberry (chopped finely)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 300 grams chocolate

    Cut the strawberries into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

    Using an electric mixer, whisk the whipping cream until it becomes thick and fluffy. Add the condensed milk, vanilla, and yogurt, then continue whipping for another 4 to 5 minutes until well combined.

    Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, then add the chocolate and mix again until evenly distributed. Pour the mixture into a bowl or into individual freezer molds.

    Place it in the freezer until fully set. If you have an ice cream machine, you can transfer the frozen mixture into the machine and run it on ice cream mode for a smoother texture. Note: you can add some chocolate syrup at the ice cream.
