Start by cutting the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.

Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Once it’s hot, drop in the chicken. Let it sear. Don’t rush it. Turn the pieces every so often until they’re golden on all sides.

Sprinkle in: Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chilli flakes, salt. (And you can add a teaspoon of honey if you want). Give it a quick toss so every piece gets coated. The spices wake up instantly in the heat. Then pour in the BBQ sauce. Add just a splash of water not too much just enough to loosen it into a silky glaze.

Mix again. Let it simmer for a minute or two until everything thickens and clings to the chicken. Finish with finely chopped parsley.
