Start by slicing the beef into thin strips. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch along with Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, soya sauce, fish sauce and the orange juice. Mix well until the beef is fully coated and has absorbed the flavours.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for about 5 minutes. Keep them crisp and fresh do not overcook.

Return the beef to the pan, stir well, then reduce the heat to low. Let it cook together for another 5 minutes to blend the flavours.

Serve over white rice and garnish with freshly chopped green onions.
