In a blender, add the oranges, oil, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Blend for about 5–6 minutes until completely smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add flour and baking powder, and mix well.

Add the vinegar and give it one last gentle mix.

Pour into a greased pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 45 minutes, or until done

Check doneness Insert a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
