  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (or sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

    Bring water to a boil. Add the ginger and let it steep for 5–7 minutes (longer = stronger). Strain into a mug. Stir in honey and lemon juice. Sip slowly while it’s warm.

Chef's Notes

Simple upgrade will make all the difference add a cinnamon stick while steeping or a pinch of turmeric for extra warmth.
