Chef's Notes

A fun fact about Guacamole is that it dates back more than 500 years to the Aztec civilization in Mexico. The name comes from the Aztec Nahuatl language: “ahuacamolli,” which means “avocado sauce.” Avocados were so valued that they were sometimes called “green gold.”
