we start by washing all the vegetables very well, we dice all the vegetables into small pieces then we add them to a serving bowl we add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and half the olive oil.

In a frying pan we add the remaining of the olive oil and we add the drained chickpeas we add the smoked paprika, cumin, and the curry, stir it for about 5 minutes till the chickpeas soaks all the rich flavours of the spices.

Add the chickpeas to the vegetables toss them around together until every thing is well mixed.
