
Chocolate Cake

First we whisk the eggs with the vanilla, vinegar, oil, milk, and sugar until everything is fully combined. Then we add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder, and mix until the batter becomes smooth and silky. Pour it into a greased pan and bake at 180°C 356°F for about 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, we prepare the chocolate mousse: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup fresh milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Whisk everything well until smooth, then cook it on low heat while continuously stirring until it thickens and becomes darker and glossy. Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter for that silky chocolate finish.

Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly at room temperature, then flip it onto a serving plate and spread the warm chocolate mousse on top. Finally, sprinkle a little crushed biscuit over the top for extra texture and flavour.
