Ingredients
  • 1 shallot or small red onion
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 6 gloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes or 1 red hot pepper
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar or regular vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 fresh grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
