
Cheesy chicken tacos

Season the chicken strips, diced pepper, onion with the spices, olive oil, half the lime juice. Mix well so every thing is evenly coated with the spices.

Place the chicken and veggies mix into an oven pan spray it with some oil then get it into a preheated oven for about 25 minutes until it is all cooked and tender.

While the chicken cooks we can prepare the sauce, in a small bowl we add the low fat sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, chives, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and lime juice, add some milk to make it runnier( the amount of milk depends on your preference) give it a good swirl and put it in the fridge to chill.

After the chicken is done place it under the grill for about 5 minutes till it is golden and crispy, take out and place the chicken into a bowl to chill.

To prepare the tacos, coat the the taco tortilla with the chicken juices add some chicken to it, slices of jalapeños and some mozzarella cheese, fold it in half and place it on the tray put it back int he oven until golden and crispy.

In the serving plate place the tortillas along side a small bowl of the sauce. Dip and enjoy.
