Ingredients
  • 6 chicken breast (no skin)
  • 4 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons oyster oil
  • 3 tablespoon gochujang paste
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt (you can use just salt)
  • 1 tablespoon back perpper
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup siracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions

  1. 1

Start by placing the chicken breast in a bowl and adding all of the ingredients listed above, except for the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime, since those are for the sauce. Mix everything well so the chicken absorbs all the flavors. Cover and cook for about 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender.

  2. 2

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the sriracha and lime juice. Stir well, then set it aside.

  3. 3

Once the chicken is ready, drain any extra liquid, then shred the chicken and mix in some sesame seeds and green onion.

  4. 4

To assemble the burrito, take a tortilla and spread some cooked rice on it if desired. Add some of the shredded chicken and a drizzle of the sauce, then wrap it tightly so the filling does not fall out. Heat it slightly under the grill or in the air fryer, then serve with the extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Chef's Notes

These chicken burritos provide approximately 425 grams of protein, making them both highly satisfying and nutritionally balanced. They are also ideal for meal preparation—simply wrap them individually and store them in the freezer for a convenient, ready-to-enjoy option whenever needed.
