Don’t stop at “done” finish your dish properly.
What to do:
Right before serving, taste your food and adjust with:
A pinch of salt (brings everything alive)
A squeeze of lemon or a touch of acidity (cuts heaviness)
A small drizzle of good olive oil (adds depth and richness)
Why it matters:
Cooking dulls flavours over time. That final adjustment wakes everything up and makes the dish taste complete not flat.
Keep it simple:
You don’t need more spices you need balance.
